Frequently asked questions
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you cancel within 30 days of an annual plan purchase, we'll refund the remaining unused months pro-rata. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel any time.
How do I cancel?
From your billing portal in the app: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From Settings → Data export you can download a complete archive (JSON + attachments) of every project, task, comment, and audit-log entry in your organization. Available on all plans.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We host data in the EU (Frankfurt), sign a Data Processing Agreement on request, and honor all GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability). See our DPA and Privacy Policy for the legal details.
How is my data secured?
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, daily encrypted backups, role-based access control, and per-organization Postgres row-level security. Security incidents reported within 72h.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. Sign-up gives you 14 days of Pro for free, no card required. After the trial your org auto-downgrades to Free unless you upgrade.
Can I self-host Quiet Forge?
Self-hosting is available on Enterprise. Contact sales@quietforge.tech for an on-prem license, deployment guide, and support terms.
